Dr. LaShawn Johnson is a transformation leader, consultant, educator, and certified project management professional with more than 30 years of experience leading enterprise initiatives, developing leaders, and driving organizational success.

Her career includes leadership roles spanning project management, business operations, organizational transformation, workforce development, process improvement, and strategic planning. She has successfully led large-scale initiatives impacting thousands of employees, built governance and operational frameworks, and coached professionals at all levels of an organization.

In addition to her consulting experience, Dr. Johnson serves as a graduate-level instructor, helping professionals strengthen their leadership and project management capabilities while preparing for career advancement and industry certifications.
